An Example Project
Before you decide to work with us we thought we’d outline the various phases and steps that are involved in a typical mascot or illustration project. Concepts & Ideas
You come to us with an idea or suggestion and we’ll create sketches and draft drawings until we figure out exactly what you want. In the 2 pictures below we started off with a basic background and 2 variations of the bird.
Finalising The Sketching & Inking
Once you’re happy with the mascot we’ll start to expand the background we showed you adding more detail and depth. In some cases we don’t provide a background during the sketching phase and will start to deliver these during the inking phase. Overall this is the final phase before we start to add color so we’ll make sure you’re happy with the overall look before bringing it to life.
Adding Color
By the time we reach the coloring phase, we’ll already have a good handle on what you want in terms of colors but just to expand on our initial discussions we’ll have another consultation before we begin the coloring. Check out some of the versions below.
Final Version
With the final product infront of you, we’ll let you review and pass final judgement on the piece. If there are any problems or something isn’t quite right we’ll go back and make any alterations and adjustments so that its perfect for your needs.

Final Ownership
All of our work is 100% unique, we come up with the concept, and deliver a complete solution as the end product. This means any work you contract through us will always be 100% bespoke and will never be re-sold in anyway.
So what rights do we maintain? Well we reserve the right to display your work in our portfolio and advertise it as our creation. Other than that all other rights will be transferred to you so that you can do as you wish with the work.
If you require further privacy via a non disclosure agreement i.e. completely purchasing the rights including our right to display within the portfolio then that can be discussed also.
Bulk Discounts
If you become a regular customer or want to commission a larger order we do have special rates which may apply to you. If you feel their might be a beneficial relationship that would entitle you to our discounted rates please get in touch.
We also run a referral scheme where we pay up to 10% of the final contract price for any work you recommend to us. This is done on a one to one basis whereby we have different agreements with different referral agents.
